Sexual Assault

A former administrator for a popular Facebook group in Dover has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault against a teenage girl.

Local police, with help from the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force found a child rapist Tuesday night, thanks to numerous tips.

Police say William Pandolfi is a Registered Sex Offender for a conviction 20 years ago.

Arraignment is scheduled for today on the felony charge.
