It's a tough market with the median prices of homes in New Hampshire rising 6.6%, according to New Hampshire Business Review.

The NHBR reports that the average cost of a single family home rose to $319,000 and there is no lack of demand for buying.  According to the report, the main problem is the lack of inventory available right now.

Since that 300k price tag is WAY out of my budget, I decided to do a little looking and see what is available in New Hampshire for 200k or less.  To my surprise, I found quite a few good options. Check them out!
