Carly Pearce Shows Love for New England and Red Sox Nation
Watching Carly Pearce's "come up" in Nashville has been nothing short of amazing. This Kentucky girl has busted her hump and her hard work is really paying off.
I first saw her when she opened for Jason Aldean at the Bank of NH Pavilion in 2019.
This selfie I took with Carly is horrible quality, but it's the only one I have!
This was in her "Hide the Wine" days. I REALLY love that song.
She went through some painful life stuff that we don't have to dwell on, but I would like to dwell on the art that she created as a result!
Her song "I Hope You're Happy Now" with Lee Brice won a ton of awards, including the CMA for Vocal Event of the Year in 2020.
Dang, what a good song.
And then Carly released her album 29: Written in Stone, which was definitely her most vulnerable album yet, winning her a CMA for Female Artist of the Year in 2021.
OH! and she got inducted into the Grand 'Ol Opry somewhere in there too!
Beyond all of the accolades, Carly is just a kind and hardworking person. We love to see good people have such great success, especially in this competitive industry.
She's currently on the road with Kenny Chesney for the "Here and Now" stadium tour, which is such an amazing step in her career. We're not sure if Kenny's taste in baseball is rubbing off on Carly but she posted this pic on Instagram yesterday with her pooches! Look at her rocking that Red Sox hat! Who knew this Kentucky gal also loves that dirty water?!
Obviously fans flooded her comments and noticed the hat RIGHT AWAY:
@melansonp said: "She wears a Red Sox cap!"
@yogipharm said: "You are sunshine! And love that Sox hat"
@mpdvineyard said: "Love you and love the hat!!! #gosox"
Well, I didn't think it was possible, but I love Carly Pearce even more than I did before!
