Dover 3rd Street Parking Lot Closes Monday

(Dover, NH) - Construction is scheduled to get underway for a 2-building development on the former city-owned site.

The city had sold the lot to a developer last year, but there was a delay in the project.
The city was allowed to reopen the lot to public parking through the winter, but that ends on Monday as the municipal parking meters are removed.

Two new mixed-use buildings will be constructed on the site, with ground floor retail and upper-floor residential units.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2019.
