Fight At Starbucks Sends One Man to Hospital in Dover, NH

One man was sent to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital on Monday afternoon after a fight broke out at the Starbucks coffeehouse in Dover.

Police were sent to the scene at about 1:40 p.m. after it was reported that two men were choking each other.

A responding officer who arrived at the Starbucks could be heard on radio traffic saying, "They're still actively fighting inside the store."

Sgt. Marn Speidel said on Monday afternoon that no arrests had yet been made and they were interviewing witnesses.

"There were a number of witnesses who were there, including the Starbucks staff," Speidel said.

It is not yet clear if charges will be filed.
