Hampton, NH, Welcomes Good Eats Restaurant in Former Fast Eddie’s Location
Who doesn’t love good old down-home style comfort food? That’s what’s waiting for you at Good Eats which just opened up in Hampton in the old Fast Eddie’s location.
A temporary banner is hanging over the old Fast Eddie’s sign until Tom Peracchi and Jacki Murray, the new owners, can get their new sign installed, according to Seacoastonline.
Former owner Neil Scibelli passed the baton to Tom Peracchi, a friend he grew up with. I love stories like this!
Peracchi grew up with a mother that loved to cook, and Good Eats which be featuring some of his mother’s own recipes, according to Seacoastonline.
The news site stated that Peracchi said putting off his dream of owning a restaurant stopped when he thought “if I am going to be working this hard, we may as well be working for ourselves.”
Good Eats has undergone a complete renovation in recent months and it's open for business, the site stated.
I’m glad to hear the community is giving Tom and Jacki a warm welcome and wish them much success. I think I know where to get some meatloaf finally!
