There's something about buying cheese at a cheese shop that just feels high end. Demure, as the kids say.  First of all, they have THE QUALITY STUFF; so many varieties of cheese that you would never find in your grocery store even in the fancy cheese section. I am talking aged cheese, cheese that is seasoned with fun things, and cheese from cool regions that you didn't even know make cheese but they do. Every slice of cheese tells a story, some more complex than others.

A true perk of shopping at a specialty cheese shop is that many times, they let you sample the product. They know that you are spending your well earned cheddar (pun very much intended) on this cheese and that you probably want to take it for a spin around the block before you make the investment.

For my most recent birthday, a friend of mine bought me a DELCIOUS block of truffle infused cheese from C'est Cheese in North Hampton, New Hampshire.

The fact that she is a relatively new friend and knew that cheese was the way to my heart means this friendship is going to go the distance.

The cheese was unlike anything I have ever experienced; decadent, flavorful, it just tasted expensive (in the best way) I made myself the best girl dinner ever with a few slices of salami, olives, crackers, and that truffle infused cheese and *MWAH* chefs kiss!

Anyone who has ever set foot in C'est Cheese has the best things to say about it. I love to see a local business be so embraced by the community.

They recently took to their Facebook to announce the exciting news that they are MOVING from their location in North Hampton to a bigger space in Hampton .Starting November 1st, they will be located at 845 Lafayette Rd in the Community Oven Plaza.

Not only will the store be bigger and better than ever, they will also be launching an extended menu to be served at their new wine bar. I CANNOT WAIT. You had me at wine bar.

Congrats to the folks at C'est Cheese on your continued success.
