It's the perfect game day snack and the best part? It takes less than 10 minutes to make!

What you need:

2 8 oz packets of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

2 cups of Shredded Cheese

1/2 cup of beer (I use Harpoon or any IPA for maximum flavor)

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip

1 small jalepeno (optional)

and pretzels for dipping!

Directions: Soften the cream cheese and mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl or pyrex dish. I usually put the beer in last so I can add more if it seems appropriate. You want it to be thick in consistency and not too liquidy. Let it sit in the fridge over night. Take the dip out about a half hour before you'd like to serve it so it softens up and isn't so darn hard people are breaking their pretzels in it. (hate that)

And it's mandatory you taste test it before you serve it to other. Sorry, I didn't make the rules!
