It’s Apple Pie Contest Time In Dover!

(Dover, NH) - This Saturday is Apple Harvest Day, and I get to taste the best-baked pies in the world!  (Or at least in NH).

The WOKQ Apple Pie Contest is a cooking contest, not a pie eating contest, with prizes awarded to the top 3 finishers in the adult and youth categories.

This my 21st year of judging, and there have been years when I have had to sample over 35 entries looking for that perfect dessert that tastes like the ones my grandmother used to bake.

Entries must be delivered to the Rotary Arts Pavilion stage in Henry Law Park by 11 this Saturday morning.
