There are a lot of things to do in the great state of New Hampshire this weekend. Not only is it Columbus Day Weekend, but there are plenty of activities and fun family events taking place.

The weather is supposed to be sunny and in the 60's for Saturday. Sunday, it seems we will see the sun in the morning hours, but then some clouds roll in during the afternoon with possible showers. Temperatures, however, will be near 75!

It's the perfect weekend to check out all the colors that New Hampshire and New England have to offer during the fall. You can get the fall foliage forecast here.

As always, there are plenty of places to go apple picking and chow down on some apple cider donuts!

Have you picked out your pumpkins yet? I know a lot of people will be doing that this weekend.

Of course, downtown Dover will be abuzz with their annual 'Apple Harvest Day!. It's a day long event with hundreds of crafters, vendors and live entertainment. Plus, don't miss the annual WOKQ annual Apple Pie Contest too (get all the details here)!

The always fun New Hampshire Grass Drags and Watercross takes place this weekend in Fremont, NH. The 3-day event runs Fri-Sun, October 5-7th. The  event is put on by the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association.

On Sunday, October 7th, Prescott Park Arts Festival and Seacoast Community presents the annual Memorial Bridge 5k. According to PortsmouthNH.com, the race begins on Badgers Island at 10am (get more details here).

Whatever it is you're doing, thanks for taking WOKQ along with you. We are #1 for New Country!
