McDonough Returns To Witness Stand In Mazzaglia Trial [NEWS]

(Dover, NH) - 20 year old Katheryn “Kat” McDonough will face more questioning by defense attorneys today as the Seth Mazzaglia murder trial continues in Strafford County Superior Court in Dover. Lawyers yesterday got McDonough to agree that she shifted blame for the death of Elizabeth Marriott to Seth Mazzaglia after she was offered a plea deal and immunity. McDonough agreed with the lawyers that she had originally told investigators that Marriott died accidently during a consentual sex act with her. The state charges that Mazzaglia strangled Marriott to death.
