Naked Man To Face Judge After Scene In NH Judgment Free Zone
A Massachusetts man worked up a sweat in the buff, claiming the gym he was in was a "judgment free zone."
First reported by the Union Leader, Sunday afternoon, Eric M. Stagno was allegedly removed his clothes at the front desk at the Plaistow, NH Planet Fitness, exercised in the nude and later told police that he thought the gym was a “judgment-free zone.” The comment alludes to Planet Fitness's long-standing slogan. The Union Leader reported Stagno was charged with charged with indecent exposure, lewdness and disorderly conduct.
Police Capt. Brett Morgan stated to the Union Leader "The story we got from witnesses was that the guy walked in, stripped down right there in front, left the clothes and belongings at the front desk, walked back and forth across the gym a couple of times and then settled in over at the yoga mats.”
While Stagno was not a member of the Plaistow location, it is possible he was a member of another location. The "black card" allows members to workout at any location. However, logic suggests it's possible he will be black listed.
Stagno was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail
