The Londonderry woman was trying to avoid a bar brawl, and allegedly fell through a narrow entrance, according to a lawsuit.

According to the Union Leader, Brittany Pescia of Londonderry filed a lawsuit against 20 Rock LLC, which does business as Stumble Inn Bar & Grill, and B-Saini Group LLC, which owns the property at 20 Rockingham Road.

According to the lawsuit, Pescia arrived April 8, 2016 around 9pm, and attempted to walk through the front entrance while two men were trying to leave. “The entrance to the business was not of sufficient size to allow the plaintiff to enter and the two men to exit at the same time.” “Due to the fact that the entrance was of insufficient size to allow the plaintiff to enter and the defendants to exit, Ms. Pescia was caused to be pushed and/or to become unbalanced, and she fell,” says the suit, which was filed in Rockingham County Superior Court. Pescia argues the men were in disagreement, which lead to a fight. Pescia accuses the bar of negligence, alleging that its entry was inadequate.

According to the Union Leader, the suit claims Pescia suffered a cerebral concussion, mild traumatic brain injury, post-concussion syndrome and a spinal injury. It was not known the amount she is seeking.
