Portsmouth Navy Yard To Hold Another Training Exercise Today

(Portsmouth, NH) - The exercise is a routine emergency response training. 

The shipyard conducts these routine exercises on a regular basis to ensure that emergency response personnel are prepared, ready and trained to respond to an emergency situation.

Today's training will be conducted in the employee parking lot in the area of the Kittery back channel.

Area residents may see and hear some of the activity associated with the exercise between 8 and 11:30 this morning.
