The Whittier Street Bridge Is Open!

(Dover, NH) - They were true to their word that the new bridge would be completed by Thanksgiving.

Crews had been working 6 days a week for the past few months in order to meet the deadline.

While there is more work to do on the sidewalks approaching the bridge, as of today, traffic is flowing across the Cochecho River on Whittier Street after a year of detours.
