No matter if you are marching or a spectator the 22nd Annual Portsmouth Halloween Parade is sure to be a blast. 

Here's what went down last year:

A Michael Jackson "Thriller" flashmob

This Dalmation who apparently goes by "Fuzzbutt" was walking around making friends.

Then the Minions showed up

Pre schoolers were smashing pumpkins

Folks were on stilts. It was craziness!
