Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Dover
(Dover, NH) - Two men are facing drug charges after their arrests earlier this month in Dover.
45 year old David Gross of Dover and 43 year old Michael Duval of Manchester were arrested June second on 4 counts each of Possession of a Controlled Drug With Intent to Distribute.
On June 2, 2016, Dover Police Officers received information that Gross and Duvall were on their way to a concert in Hampton, and were in possession of a large amount of illegal drugs that they intended to sell during the concert.
A motor vehicle stop was conducted on the vehicle the two were traveling to the concert in, and a search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search police located and seized quantities of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana, cocaine and heroin.
Both Gross and Duval were released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in Seventh Circuit Court- Dover District at 9:00am on June 15, 2016.
