Two Charged With Strafford County Jail Contraband Smuggling

(Dover, NH) - The Strafford County Sheriffs Department has arrested two people for an incident last July.

20 year old Kelsey Thesing of Somersworth was arrested last week on charges of Delivery of Articles to Prisoners, Attempted Delivery of Articles to Prisoners, Conspiracy to Delivery of Articles to Prisoners and Possession of a Controlled Drug.

She was freed on bail pending a court appearance tomorrow.

24 year old Dakota Charbonneau was arrested yesterday at the State Prison in Concord where he is currently being held.

He is charged with two counts of Conspiracy to Delivery of Articles to Prisoners.
