We say goodbye to Spring with a super soaker for the Granite State which will last straight into Summer.

The Spring of 2019 has been cold and damp. It's almost fitting that we would be doused with between two and three inches of rain. According to NECN, gloom will spread across Northern New England today and tomorrow. The heaviest rain will likely fall in here in New Hampshire. Significant rainfall totals will be possible with thunderstorms embedded in the mix.

While today will bring us the bulk of the storm's precipitation, tomorrow will not exactly be bright and sunny. The day will start off with fog and showers around, especially along the coast. This weather pattern has certainly overstayed it’s welcome. Temperatures Friday will be cool with highs in the low to mid 70s.

Not to worry, the weekend is looking much better. According to NECN, both days will feature mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will approach 80 degrees.
