Are you gluten-free? If so, please spread the word about gluten-free pizza.  It's not the cardboard crust, disgusting taste, or evil food the gluten folks think it is.  In fact, many won't even try anything gluten free for fear it'll taste different, bland, or just wrong.

I am gluten-free. This is not a problem for me, but for others, like my husband, he freely takes all my gluten, and I'm ok with that.  Finding a great gluten-free pizza on a Friday night to go with a glass of wine or a beer is always a discussion.   However, if you dig a little, you will find plenty of options for gluten-free and delicious pizza, especially in a foodie place like the Seacoast.

That's enough for me to feel healthier eating gluten-free.  Honestly, most of these pizzas are so good, you wouldn't know it's GF.  You can get all the same toppings on a regular pizza, except maybe fried eggplant.  Buffalo chicken bacon pizza? Yes, please.
