Check Out This Adorable Air bnb In Portsmouth That Kira Called Home During Winter Storm Skylar
I have nothing to say aside from great things about Airbnb. It is a personal, and many times more affordable, accommodation experience. My latest Airbnb adventure might be my favorite yet.
For winter storm Skylar, I didn't want to risk driving back to the north shore of MA when I was done with the morning show so I decided to hunker down on the Seacoast for the night. I saw a listing that looked adorable and was in my price range.
Turns out the hosts Marla and Mike have a completely finished cottage right next to their home in Portsmouth.
It had EVERYTHING I needed and more: A comfy bed, refrigerator (stocked with seltzers might I add), a microwave, a couch for lounging and plenty of warm blankets to snuggle up with. And when the weather isn't so cruddy, I'd love to come back here for a visit because it is close to the beach as well as walking distance from downtown Portsmouth!
Marla and Mike are quick to respond and even let me check in a little early because of the weather! I was so grateful to have a cute little cottage to call home for the night.
