It's not very often these days that you can walk outside to your driveway the day after a snow storm to see your entire driveway completely plowed for you. At least you don't expect anybody to be this nice to you without looking for the recognition.

A quick personal backstory. Ready? Since I go to work so early in the morning, I didn't have time to clear out my driveway before I went to work. I also knew that I  drive a lifted Jeep Wrangler, so driving right through the snow in my yard temporarily until I could take care of it after work was the plan.

Fast forward to me getting out of work today. As I was pulling into my driveway preparing to get my snow pants on to clear out my walkways, somebody had already done it for me. I'm talking my backyard walkways, my front doorsteps, driveway, even my side door. I can't explain the feeling of being surprised by such a truly genuine act of kindness, and I'm still unsure who to thank.

Whoever this mystery shovel man or woman is should know that they restored chivalry this morning. The fact that this person did such a kind thing for somebody without looking for any type of recognition in return is super cool, and I needed to get that out there.

If you're reading this right now by any chance, and this little blog has come across your desk, thank you, you kind human.
