N.H. State Website Shut Down
( Concord, N.H. ) - New Hampshire's state government website was inaccessible to some users for several hours today because the outside company that hosts it was dealing with another attack on its servers.
Nh.gov, and websites for at least several state agencies were disrupted this morning.
On march 23, the state's tourism website, visitnh.gov, was briefly inaccessible for the same reason.

A second man who helped kill Pamela Smart's husband has been granted parole in New Hampshire.
Patrick Randall held a knife to Gregory Smart's throat in May of 1990 as Billy Flynn, who was Pamela Smart's teenage lover, shot him in the head. The earliest Randall would be released is after June 4.
Police say a former restaurant worker had coffee and a conversation with the manager at Bertucci's restaurant in The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem - then held up a large kitchen knife and demanded cash from a lockbox and safe as the manager started to open the business.
45-year-old Michael Schwerin of Derry was found and arrested on a robbery charge a short time later .
Maine Democratic lawmakers have crafted a budget plan that they say will be more beneficial to lower-and-middle class families than Gov. Paul Lepage's proposal. Their plan, released today, would keep the sales tax at 5.5 percent, boost revenue sharing and maintain a tax exemption for nonprofits.
