A Manchester, NH home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright will hit the market for the first time. The home is located in Manchester's North End and will be listed at $850,000.

According to the Boston Globe, the home is described as a "rare masterpiece." It is Usonian home built back in 1955. Usonian homes have no attics or basements, and they integrate inexpensive concrete blocks.

The home is being sold with furniture also designed by Wright including built-in desks, bureaus, shelves, cabinets, and closet systems, the newspaper reported.

This is a HUGE deal because it is the first time the home will be open to the public for tours in history.

I might go tour the place just for funsies! You can check out the full listing here.
