‘The Mountain’ from Game of Thrones Spars UFC Fighter Conor McGregor [VIDEO]

His name is Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson but you probably know him as The Mountain from Game of Thrones. Watch as he spars with UFC Featherweight Conor McGregor and manages not to explode his head.

The 6'9" Björnsson weighs over 400 pounds and, in addition to his role as Sir Gregor Clegane (The Mountain), regularly competes in Strong Man competitions. McGregor is surely a tough dude, but at 5'9" and 140lbs his fate is likely similar to that of The Red Viper under less friendly circumstances.

With word that the next Game of Thrones season may be pushed back until May, this could be as close as we get to Westeros for awhile now. Enjoy!
