Pink Supermoon Visible in New England This Weekend At a Reasonable Hour
There have been a lot of really cool celestial events in the past year or so in New England.
Last October, the northern lights lit up most of New Hampshire and even parts of Massachusetts out of nowhere...and more cool celestial events are in store for New England this weekend.

Pink Supermoon Over New England:
According to a Boston Uncovered article, Saturday, April 12, will bring a big and bright Pink Supermoon over New England states.
And the best part...it won't be at 3 am.
SO MANY of the coolest celestial events require people to set an alarm, get out of bed, or start their day at 3 am...not this one.
When is the Pink Supermoon in New England?
The peak visibility for the gorgeous Pink Supermoon will be at 8:22 PM on April 12, according to the Farmer's Almanac.
And the lower in the sky, the more pink it will be (so early is key).
Of course, the pinkness may linger through the night into the morning of April 13th, so if you are an early riser, be on the lookout.
What Makes a Pink Moon?
The moon itself does not turn pink... probably not what you wanted to hear. It is a much more fascinating process than that.
The pinkness comes from the blooming of pink wildflowers in the eastern part of the United States...not anything in/on the actual moon.
