Stepfather arrested
The stepfather of an 11-year-old New Hampshire girl found dead in a river in 2011 has been charged with her murder. The attorney general says 52-year-old Wendell Noyes, of Stewartstown, was arrested Monday on a second-degree murder charge in the death of Celina Cass. The girl was reported missing from her home July 26, 2011. Her body was recovered from the Connecticut River six days later.
