Be prepared to take a beer and culinary adventure.

We all love to try new things occasionally, and Fosters.com is reporting that Smuttlabs Brewery & Kitchen is set to open on November 6 in Dover. They have tons of open space for it with a 5,000 square foot facility at 47 Washington Street in Dover, according to the article.

With enough seating to accommodate 120 guests, this is a work of love created by Head Brewer Charlie Ireland and Anthony Ricco, Fosters states. Charlie Ireland will be chief brewer serving a rotation of eight limited batch draft beers. They will even have to go beer available for purchase.

And the kitchen is all about surprises too!

Anthony Rocco, a local chef with a solid reputation for pub food will be offering up hand-cut pub fries with duck confit poutine, cheese curd, caramelized onions, and a robust Porter gravy, according to the Fosters article. Also, on hand, according to Fosters.com, will be fried chicken and waffles with sweet potato butter.

I am drooling at my desk at the moment. Smuttlabs Brewery & Kitchen will open November 6 from 5 to 10 pm.
