Frankly,Tim McGraw looks ripped enough to put a professional athlete to shame. It takes incredible dedication on his part to stay in shape and here's how he does it. 

The New York Times covered Tim's workout last week and gives you some insight into the extremes that Tim goes to in order to be jacked like he is. He starts his cross fit workout by attaching 40 pound weights to his legs and running uphill. Then he keeps working out for the next two hours.

At some point, Tim breaks for lunch and is pretty specific about what he eats. Though he loves pizza and pasta, Tim has the self discipline to stick to fruits, vegetables and high quality protein. Lots of people talking about getting into great shape but Tim has found the way to actually do it and stay like that. For a guy that's going to be pushing 50 its pretty amazing.
